海門倉(cāng)頂除塵器的結(jié)構(gòu)

1、收塵機(jī)的提升收塵機(jī)只能通過(guò)專門的掛鉤來(lái)搬運(yùn)和提升。使用的起吊機(jī)應(yīng)適和收塵機(jī)重量和尺寸以及吊運(yùn)距離。起吊機(jī)應(yīng)采用U型索套和安全掛鉤提升收塵機(jī)，不得使用夾具，環(huán)，開(kāi)口吊鉤或其他無(wú)法和U型索套和安全掛鉤的安全性相等同的起吊設(shè)備。

2、卡式濾芯

The cartridges are made from NON-WOVEN high-resistancematerialwhich can be even frequently cleanedwith a steamjet cleaner. Please be aware of the following instructions: 濾芯是用高電阻無(wú)紡布材料制成的，可以使用蒸汽噴射經(jīng)常清洗。請(qǐng)注意以下指示：

1) Regulation of high pressure steam jet - max. Pressure: 100 bar - max. Temperature= 80°C - grease-free Detergent (pH between 5 and 7). 1）高壓蒸汽參數(shù)-*大壓力100bar-*高溫度80-無(wú)油污清洗劑（pH值在5到7）

2) Clean elementsideways (see fig.) from approx. 40 cmdistance. Start at the top and proceed slowly to the bottom. 2）清洗濾芯從旁邊（見(jiàn)圖）大約40cm的距離。從頂部開(kāi)始，逐漸緩慢下移。

3)At the end turn element upside downwith the openingpointing downwards in order to drain it dry. 3）*后把濾芯顛倒過(guò)來(lái)，讓開(kāi)口向下以使水流干。

4)Let dry either at room temperature for about a week or forapproximately 20 hours in an oven at max. 80°C. 4）讓它在室溫下放置1周或在*高80攝氏度的烘箱內(nèi)大約20小時(shí)

故障和查找方法：

1、收塵機(jī)濾芯堵塞（檢查震動(dòng)點(diǎn)擊是否正確工作）

2、在“干凈”區(qū)出現(xiàn)灰塵（a檢查濾芯部件是否受損b檢查密封件包裝c檢查濾芯是否正確安裝到位）
