恒盛防爆冷水機組是恒盛公司生產(chǎn)的特種冷水機組,主要應(yīng)用與易燃易爆等特種場所,設(shè)備的功率從0.5KKW～500KW不等?？砂纯蛻粢蠖ㄗ觥＠渌畽C組各組件均按國家防爆標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造。防爆防腐主令控制器根據(jù)GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設(shè)備通用要求》。IEC防爆等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按國家要求的環(huán)境防爆標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計,能夠滿足不同客戶的特殊要求。
性能特點：
恒盛防爆機組使用高品質(zhì)的進口全封閉渦旋或半封閉雙螺桿壓縮機、其運行部件僅為往復(fù)式壓縮機的1/10,振動為往復(fù)式壓縮機的1/5，不用基礎(chǔ)固定。故障率僅為往復(fù)式壓縮機的1/10,加上國際品牌的控制器件,保證機組可以長期安全穩(wěn)定的運行恒盛防爆機組提供從制冷劑系統(tǒng),電系統(tǒng)到水系統(tǒng)的完備保護,完全保證機組安全正常地運行。壓縮機電機過熱、過電流、相序異常、油位過低、低壓、高壓等保護,機組采用先進的PLC控制技術(shù),真正實現(xiàn)了“一鍵開機”和全自動運行。無需人工干預(yù)。
